Here at Marshmallow, your loyalty is very important to us and we understand that occasionally sickness and other reasons occur and your appointment needs to be cancelled or rescheduled. If however you are unable to make your appointment and it’s cancelled within 24 hours a 50% cancellation fee will apply. No show appointments are charged at 100% of treatment cost.


We hope you can appreciate we are all self employed and time lost is also a loss of income, which greatly impacts on each individual small business within Marshmallow. We ourselves would not want our personal circumstances to affect someone else’s livelihood or greatly impact on someone else’s day. 

For this reason the policy is in place to protect the technicians who would be unable to fill the gap at such short notice.
